Include these documents

• Title or applicable security agreement, lease, UCC record, or other evidence supporting your authority to assign the asset.
• Completed and signed hold harmless agreement.
• Asset description with VIN or serial number, year, make, model, and photographs if available.
• Borrower details, lender contact, last known location, and dated updates.
• Known access, condition, trailer, cargo, or transport issues.

What happens after submission

A dispatcher contacts you to discuss the file and location information. The office reviews the assignment before arranging recovery. Provide a direct callback number and the name of the person authorized to answer questions and approve the scope of work.

When the unit is recovered, Truck Repo notifies the assigning client. Review fees, storage, and cancellation terms before sending the file. To cancel an active assignment, call your assigned dispatcher directly; email, fax, and voicemail cancellations are not accepted.
