Truck repossession pricing

Review recovery, contingent, key, cancellation, and storage charges before sending an assignment. Contact the office to confirm how these charges apply to your specific file.

Contingent recovery fees

The contingent repossession fee is 10–20% of the collateral’s fair market value. The percentage reflects the time and effort spent locating and recovering the asset. Skip tracing fees apply to assignments; ask the office to confirm the charge and how it relates to your recovery quote.

The contingent recovery fee depends on successful recovery. Other agreed charges, including the cancellation fee below, should be reviewed before authorizing work.

Key charges

An additional charge applies when keys are not surrendered and a locksmith must make a replacement. Provide the vehicle’s year, make, and model for an exact key quote.

Cancellation fee

There is a $200.00 closeout fee on any repossession assignment cancelled before the collateral is recovered. Cancellations must be made by phone with your assigned dispatcher. We do not accept cancellations via voicemail, fax, or email.

Storage rates

Ten days of complimentary storage are provided after your invoice is paid in full. Standard daily rates apply after that period.

Before authorizing the file

Review the scope and proposed charges with the office, including towing, keys, skip tracing, storage, and any special handling. A completed hold harmless agreement is required before work begins.
