Identify the exact equipment
Send the manufacturer, model, serial number, photographs, and equipment schedule. List carts, control units, accessories, and other components separately where applicable. An imaging system or installed dental unit may involve more than the main item shown in the financing description.
Discuss technical preparation
Explain whether the equipment is in service, disconnected, or already prepared for transport. Identify any known need for qualified technical personnel, specialized packaging, or a controlled removal process. Tell the office about site restrictions and clearance before the assignment is reviewed.
Do not include patient records or unrelated sensitive information in a general recovery email. If a device contains data, discuss how the responsible parties will handle it before removal.
