Call the office to discuss a truck, trailer, or equipment recovery assignment. Have the asset description, last known location, and your role in the file ready.
Recovery inquiries
Include the year, make, model, VIN or serial number, and whether you are the lender, lessor, owner, or private lienholder. Explain the latest location information and any handling or access issue. For international inquiries, provide the country and actual asset location.
Sending an assignment
Use the hold harmless page to download the agreement and prepare the supporting documents. Send completed assignment documents to the email address printed on that form.
Existing files and cancellations
Contact your assigned dispatcher for an active file. There is a $200 closeout fee for an assignment cancelled before recovery. Cancellations must be made by phone directly with the dispatcher; voicemail, fax, and email are not accepted.
Other inquiries
Employment inquiries go through the employment page. Sale inquiries and bids follow the instructions on the truck sales page. The recovery phone line does not accept employment, truck-sale, or commercial solicitation calls.
