Send the VIN or serial number, borrower information, and a title, security agreement, lease, or other document supporting your assignment. Include the completed hold harmless agreement and any current location information. The office reviews the file and discusses the assignment with you before arranging recovery.
If the unit is missing, explain what is known and what still needs to be established. Skip tracing can be discussed as part of the assignment. A truck with freight, a non-running unit, or equipment inside a facility may require additional planning.
Coverage and fees
Truck Repo accepts recovery inquiries throughout the United States. Find your state to review the existing coverage areas. For a unit in Canada or Mexico, contact the office to discuss the location and circumstances before sending the assignment.
Contingent recovery fees and other charges are explained on the pricing page. Cancellations before recovery carry a $200 closeout fee. Call your assigned dispatcher directly to cancel; voicemail, fax, and email cancellations are not accepted.
